By placing an order on the black-raven.lv online store, you agree that you have read the “Distance Agreement” and you agree to its terms. After placing an order, you enter into an agreement with SIA Black Raven Apparel, which imposes mutual obligations and duties.
SIA Black Raven Apparel, registration number 40203553628, legal address: Alderu iela 30 – 26, Baltezers, Ādažu pag., Ādažu nov., LV-2164, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, conclude the following Distance Agreement (hereinafter – Agreement):
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. The Agreement applies to all orders and purchases made in the online store black-raven.lv.
1.2. By accessing and using the black-raven.lv website, the user confirms that they have read and agree to comply with its terms of use.
1.3. The Agreement takes effect when the Buyer has placed an Order in the online store, and the Seller has sent a confirmation to the Buyer’s specified email.
1.4. When shopping in the online store, the Buyer is subject to the terms of the agreement in effect at the time of ordering, so the Buyer should familiarize themselves with the terms of the agreement each time they place an Order.
1.5. The Agreement is valid until the obligations defined in this agreement are fulfilled. The Agreement is considered fulfilled when the Goods are handed over to the Buyer in accordance with the procedures described in the Terms and applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia.
2. BUYER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
2.1 The Buyer has the right to:
2.1.1 shop in the online store according to the Terms, other Seller’s conditions, and applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia;
2.1.2 freely change, supplement data, or cancel their registration at any time, if registered;
2.1.3 withdraw from the Purchase-Sale Agreement concluded in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) days;
2.1.4 use the warranty granted for the Goods;
2.1.5 exercise other rights according to the Terms and/or applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia.
2.2 The Buyer’s obligations:
2.2.1 pay for the ordered Goods and their delivery;
2.2.2 inspect and check the Goods upon receipt and inform the Seller about damages, defects, and quality;
2.2.3 when choosing delivery or other services offered by the Seller, ensure the necessary conditions for their provision and pay for them;
2.2.4 cover the costs of returning Goods, except when the Seller has agreed to cover these costs;
2.2.5 comply with the requirements specified in other terms and applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia.
3. SELLER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
3.1 The Seller has the right to:
3.1.1 restrict the Buyer’s access to the online store, cancel the Buyer’s registration without prior notice. The Seller is not responsible for any loss incurred by the Buyer as a result of such actions;
3.1.2 temporarily suspend or terminate the operation of the online store, make changes without prior notice to the Buyer. The Seller is not responsible for any damage to the Buyer resulting from such actions;
3.1.3 change the Terms and conditions applicable to the online store by publishing the changes in the online store.
3.2 The Seller’s obligations:
3.2.1 ensure the protection and security of the Buyer’s personal data, not disseminating it to third parties as far as required by the Personal Data Protection Law and other applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia governing the processing and protection of personal data, except to the Seller’s partners who ensure the delivery, financing, and provision of services for the goods purchased in the online store to the extent necessary for fulfilling contractual obligations;
3.2.2 If the Seller, for any reason, cannot sell the ordered Goods to the Buyer, the amount paid for the Goods or order must be refunded within 14 (fourteen) business days.
4. DATA CONFIDENTIALITY
4.1. By using the black-raven.lv online store, the user agrees to the processing of personal data. This is necessary for order processing and delivery of goods.
4.2. SIA Black Raven Apparel does not use or share the obtained information with third parties.
4.3. SIA Black Raven Apparel may collect and store data to analyze website traffic and usage (see Cookies ).

5. ORDER CREATION, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY
5.1. Go to the Black Raven catalog page and find the product you like.
5.2. Before adding to the cart, make sure you have selected the correct product settings (size, placement, etc.).
5.3. Add the product to the cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
5.4. If you are ready to place the order, click on the cart icon at the top of the page and proceed to the order creation page.
5.5. Fill in all the mandatory information fields (name, surname, email address, phone, delivery country).
5.6. Choose your preferred Omniva parcel machine using the parcel machine map.
5.7. Choose one of the payment methods – payment by internet banking or payment by credit card.
5.8. Ensure all entered information is correct and create the order by clicking the “Order” button.
5.9. You will be redirected to the payment system to make an e-payment, depending on the chosen payment method.
5.10. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to the Black Raven page, where you will receive a notification about the payment information and order summary.
5.11. An email with the order information and invoice will be sent to your email.
5.12. If your order has been successfully paid for, it will be shipped within 3 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number upon shipment.
5.13. Upon delivery of the order, you will receive an SMS from Omniva with the parcel pickup code.
